W-Architects already publishes a POPIA privacy policy. This page presents a concise website-facing summary and should be read with the practice’s formal policy.
Information you choose to provide
When you make an enquiry or appoint the practice, information may include contact details and project-related information. The existing W-Architects policy also refers to information required for invoicing and local-authority applications where relevant to an appointment.
Purpose
Information is used to respond to enquiries and provide architectural services. W-Architects’ published policy states that personal information is not sold, shared or traded through general business actions, and may be disclosed to service providers where required to perform a service.
Your rights
The published policy records rights including access, correction, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent and complaints under applicable South African data-protection law.
